Each customer is responsible for their own website's privacy practices and policies.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information when you:
- Sign up for hosting services
- Contact our support team
- Visit our website

This includes your name, email, billing information, and basic website usage data like your IP address and browser type.
3. How We Use Your Information

- Meet legal requirements
We don't use your data for advertising or sell it to anyone.
4. Cookies & Third-Party Services
We use essential cookies needed for our website to work properly. We also use the following third-party services:
Essential (always enabled):
- Live Chat (Intercom) — We use Intercom, a third-party customer support platform, to provide live chat support. Intercom acts as our service provider and may collect usage data such as your IP address, browser information, and the contents of your chat conversations. Chat conversations may be recorded and stored for support quality, dispute resolution, and staff training purposes. Because this service is essential to providing support, it is loaded for all visitors and is not subject to opt-out under the CCPA service-provider exemption. You can learn more at Intercom's Privacy Policy.
Optional (subject to your consent):
- Google Analytics — We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our website, including pages visited, time on site, and general geographic location. Google Analytics uses cookies (such as
_gaand_gid) to collect this data. Google may also use this data in accordance with its own privacy policy. This service is only loaded after you accept via our cookie banner. You can learn more at Google's Privacy Policy.
You can manage your Google Analytics preference at any time using the "Do Not Sell My Info" link in our website footer. We do not track you for advertising purposes.
5. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), gives you the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Right to Know — You may request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you in the past 12 months, the sources of that information, our purposes for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
- Right to Delete — You may request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions (e.g., information we must retain for legal, security, or billing purposes).
- Right to Correct — You may request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing — We do not sell your personal information for monetary value. Our use of Google Analytics may constitute "sharing" under CCPA; you can opt out at any time using the "Do Not Sell My Info" link in our website footer.
- Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information — We do not collect or process sensitive personal information for purposes beyond providing the services you have requested.
- Right to Non-Discrimination — You will not receive discriminatory treatment, denial of service, or different pricing for exercising any of these rights.
Categories of personal information we collect: Identifiers (name, email address, IP address, account ID); commercial information (services purchased, billing and payment history); internet or other electronic network activity (pages visited, interactions with our chat, browser/device information); geolocation data (general region inferred from IP address); and inferences drawn from this information.
Sources of personal information: Directly from you (when you sign up, contact support, or use our chat), automatically through your interaction with our website, and from our payment processors.
Service-provider exemption: Intercom (live chat) is used solely to fulfill your support requests on our behalf and qualifies as a service provider under CCPA. Data shared with Intercom for this purpose is not considered a "sale" or "share" under CCPA and is not subject to opt-out.
How to exercise your rights: Submit a verifiable consumer request through our support ticketing system or via our contact form. We will respond within 45 days. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf; we may require written authorization from you and verification of the agent's identity.
6. Communications and Recording (CIPA Notice)
We may record and store our communications with you, including live chat conversations, email exchanges, and support tickets, for the following purposes:
- Providing customer support and resolving issues
- Quality assurance and staff training
- Resolving disputes and protecting our legal rights
- Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations
Notice to California residents: Under the California Invasion of Privacy Act (CIPA), we are required to notify you that your communications with us — including live chat conversations conducted through Intercom — may be recorded and stored. By initiating a chat or other communication with us, you consent to this recording. If you do not consent to having your chat recorded, please do not initiate a chat; you may instead contact us by submitting a support ticket.
7. Sharing Your Information
We don't sell or share your information except:
- With payment processors to handle billing
- When required by law or court order
- With service providers who help us operate (they can't use your data for other purposes)
8. Data Security
We use standard security practices to protect information in our billing systems and corporate operations, including encryption and access controls. However, no internet transmission is completely secure.
Important: This security commitment applies only to our business systems. We are not responsible for the security of customer websites, customer data, or information collected by websites we host.
If we experience a security breach that affects your account or billing information with us, we will notify you as quickly as possible consistent with Wyoming law and any law enforcement investigation needs.
9. How Long We Keep Data
We keep your information as long as you're a customer. After account termination, we delete most data but may keep billing records for legal and tax purposes (typically up to seven years).
10. Your Rights
Regardless of where you live, you can request to see, correct, or delete your personal information by contacting us through our support ticketing system or via our contact form. California residents have additional rights described in Section 5.
11. Children
You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
12. Changes
We may update this policy occasionally. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
